Let the 30’s do 30…

Hello again,

Thanks for opening this today.

A few years back while I was at home online, I heard a point of view that has stuck with me to this very day.

I was listening to a Jim Rohn audio and he was talking about not pressuring people in his network marketing team out of their comfort zone, in order to build THEIR own businesses, and hence make him more money as a result.

Basically, he let the people who were comfortable reaching 30% of their potential, reach 30% of their potential.

Because that’s what they were happy with.

I mean, it’s THEIR business after all.

You understand?

It goes with out saying that in order to build a massive team, one must simply let the 30’s do 30, the 60’s do 60 and the 100’s do 100.

At the end of the day, people with simply do what they do and your job as a network marketer is to keep as many people as possible around YOUR campfire.

If you push and pressure people to achieve to your expectations, they will eventually feel unwelcome and go and find someone else’s campfire to stand around.

Not good for you obviously.

So please, take this tip to heart as you build your team for years to come.

I wish you the very best of luck.

Also,. If you are at all interested in working directly with yours truly, please reach out

Regards Lewis
